Debanjan is a seasoned management consultant who specializes in developing market-based solutions that drive social change through deep ecosystem understanding and rigorous business analytics. As a Project Manager at Re-emerging World, Debanjan drives inclusive growth projects which unlocks social and economic opportunities at the base of the pyramid. He has worked extensively in sustainable agriculture, nutrition, healthcare, digital inclusion, livelihoods, women’s economic empowerment, micro entrepreneurship models in rural, urban and peri-urban markets.
He engages with private sector organizations, multilateral institutions, non-profit organizations and for-profit social enterprises to generate actionable insights for inclusive business models which deliver impact in underserved value chains. As a consultant, he has worked on the ground in the Philippines and across eight states in India.
Debanjan had worked with Henkel for three years leading corporate sustainability operations across India.
He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
