COVID-19: Full Vaccination Status in India
As we near the end of 2021, our analysis shows that the smaller Indian states and Union Territories (in terms of population) have performed better than the larger states in fully vaccinating their population. India started administering the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine on February 13, 2021 and has been able to vaccinate 41% of its population. As India prepares to vaccinate the new cohort aged between 15 to 18 years and Health Care Workers, Front Line Workers and 60+ population with comorbidity with a precaution dose, let us hope for a better 2022.
