Cassava has its benefits in potentially   raising millions of people in Africa out of food insecurity given its   nutritional content. About 100 million Nigerians rely on consumption of   Cassava in one form or the other daily. Yet, the scaling of this crop has   been low given the limited knowledge and resources at the hands of small   holder farmers, who are the largest producers of Cassava. Read more here.
