Analysing Africa’s hunger

This post is a critique of the recent UNDP   report ‘Africa Human Development Report 2012 – Towards a food secure future’.   It talks about the omnipresent problem of Africa not utilising its agricultural   resources to the maximum to feed its people, in proportion to GDP growths.   While there exist food surpluses, people still go hungry – this fact has been   acknowledged in the report but not probed into.
