India: Solar lanterns distributed in Jharkhand

A new initiative in the village of Ulti in Jharkhand, India has enabled women to have reliable source of light from solar lanterns at very cheap costs. At a cost of INR 15, women can now charge their solar LED lanterns daily. Read more here.
