Madagascar to receive grants and funds for agri-vocational training
The IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development) is providing Madagascar with a loan of US$333 million, and a grant of US$2 million to help improve the agricultural productivity in the country through a new vocational training programme called FORMAPROD (Vocational Training and Agricultural Productivity Improvement Programme).
