Yemen’s fodo crisis: Nearly 10 million starving

In Yemen this year, nearly 44 per cent of the population   will face a shortage of available food. According to the UN, about 5 million   Yemenis are considered ‘extremely food insecure’. The causes for this are   political instabilities originating in 2011, bad planning by the government,   and insufficient coverage of the country by donor agencies. Read more here.
