India: Karnataka Krishi Mission to start integrated farming in 1000 villages

To encourage diversification of farm production as against the risk of producing a single crop, the Karnataka chapter of Krishi Mission will be encouraging integrated farming system in Karnataka villages, so as to adopt agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry and apiculture. Read more here.
