India: Child nutrition programme gets a three-fold budget hike
| The government recently cleared a proposal of the WCD (Women and Child Development) Ministry to make ICDS mission-oriented, and has infused into the programme an amount of INR 1235.80 billion, a three-fold increase from previous amounts.
