Husk Power Systems raise US$5 million for expansion purposes

The famous social enterprise in Bihar, India, that runs a chain of micro power plants with agricultural waste as the raw material have now raised INR 270 million or US$ 5 million from Bamboo Finance, Acumen Fund and LGT Venture Philanthropy for the purpose of expansion. Read more here.
