Omidyar Network making silent healthcare enterprise seed investments in India
Omidyar Network, the philanthropic organization founded by eBay founder Pierre Omidyar has been making a number of silent seed stage investments in social enterprises across India. Many of these have been in the healthcare enterprises. In 2012, the organization has already invested US$16 million, and another US$15 million is scheduled for 2013. Read more here.
