4 ways to make ‘contract farming’ benefit the poor

This post argues for the case of contract farming as a tool to help poor farmers in developing countries emerge out of poverty. While the pros involved a steady income, and yield boosting inputs, the cons include exploitation of the farmers by the contracting body.
