GIZ funding vocational training in Sri Lanka

A collaboration between the government of Sri Lanka and GIZ, (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and the German Development Bank KfW (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau) has resulted in a vocational training programme in the north of Sri Lanka, called VTN.
