Smart Campaign certification is a clear step towards responsible microfinance
The Microfinance CEO Working Group has recently announced the launch of Smart Campaign Client Protection Certification Programme, a new certification that recognizes institutions meeting adequate standards of care in protecting microfinance clients. According to the MFI CEO working group, client protection has been recognized as the most important aspect of access to finance for the BoP. Read more here.
