Linking Biodiversity Conservation and Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene: Experiences From sub-Saharan Africa

This report is a result of a new Africa Biodiversity Collaborative Group initiative. It contains a review of 43 programmes across sub-Saharan Africa, including four in-depth case studies, and finds that natural synergies between water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) programming and conservation work provide opportunities for greater effectiveness in addressing both.
