A competition to “Improve Dairy Data”

Scientists Without Borders, New York Academy   of Sciences and The Sackler Institute for Nutrition Sciences partnered with   the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation organized a competition for   significantly improving measurement, aggregation, and sharing of data related   to dairy production by smallholder farmers in developing countries. Two   winners were awarded amounts of US$7500 each. The two winning models aim   improving smallholder incomes while increasing access to better nutrition.   Read more here.
