A new study digs back into data from the 2006-2007 Swaziland Demographic and Health Survey, to look at health statistics of 1150 children aged 6-36 months to ascertain if there is indeed a relationship between anaemia & stunting, and usage of biomass fuels. While other factors resulted in stunting, a direct relationship could not be established between biomass fuels and stunting by this study, the second of its kind. Read more here. Read the report here.
