African Water Facility to support access to sanitation for the urban poor
The African Water Facility recently offered a € 1 million grant to the organization Community Integrated Development Initiatives (CIDI) to support KUPSIP (Kawempe Urban Poor Sanitation Improvement Project), which will provide market based affordable sanitation services to as many as 100,000 poor living in the Kawempe Municipality, in Kampala.
