Climate change affecting mainly agrarian countries

At a recent conference of the AJA, or the Agricultural Journalists Association, speakers highlighted the fact that climate change was mostly affecting agrarian countries, which did not have a major part to play in global warming. As a result, these countries are suffering from a decline in water resources and agricultural productivity. Read more here.
