EU RE sector in jeopardy
A new research by a Brussels based group of economists suggests that renewable energy investors are now nervous about investing in the sector. This investment apprehension can be contributed to a number of factors, significant among them being Germany’s recent decision to phase out PV subsidies, and decision by companies of the like of First Solar to close down their Europe production capacities.
