German solar ovens baking food in Mexico
German entrepreneur Gregor Schapers has designed a solar oven which work through large dish shaped solar panels. Each of these panels, or reflectors can cook for an approximate 60 people, while being kept under the sun. The entrepreneur, who has lived in Mexico since 2003 hopes that these ovens can save on the costs associated with fuels for Mexicans. Read more here.
