Ghana has secured US$1.4 billion for water and sanitation in the last 4 years

The Ghanaian government has, in the past 4 years taken a total of US$1.4 billion, as a combination of loans, and grants. With a horizon of utilising these funds to effectively manage and streamline the water and sanitation processes in the country by 2025, the government has also used GHS6.4 million (US$3.35 million) from its own pockets.
