India: Country launches Mobile Money Transfer Service
The Government of India, along with BSNL recently launched Mobile Money Transfer scheme in Delhi, Bihar, Punjab and Kerala. The country’s Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal the Department of Posts and state-run BSNL should now consider waiving fee for money transfer for below poverty line (BPL). Read more here.
