India: RBI puts riders on cash-out facility by mobile operators
The central bank of India, the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) is now ready to allow cash-out facility by mobile network operators given that they act as banking correspondents, which would essentially act as the bank’s agents providing services to people in the unbanked areas. Read more here.
