India: School on wheels for education in Hyderabad slums
While the parents – construction workers, domestic maids, and and rag pickers would work, their children would not go to school. Under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (Education for All programme) being supported by the Government of India, the ‘School on wheels’ now educates children living in Hyderabad slums. Read more here.
