Inefficient cookstoves kill 6500 Ghanaians annually

According to a report by the WHO, as many as 6500 Ghanaians lose their lives due to exposure to inefficient cookstoves and inefficient fuels. According to the same report, about 87 per cent of the 3 billion people annually relying on inefficient cookstoves and fuels worldwide are affected by indoor air pollution. Read more here.
