Innovative water purification tablets for the developing world
Researchers at PoreMadi, a non-profit organizaiton from the University of Virginia, have invented a cermaic water purification tablet called the MadiDrop. This tablet is impregnated with silver or copper nanoparticles and can repeatedly disinfect water for up to six months by simply resting in a vessel where water is poured. Read more here.
