Globally high food prices are turning investor interest, especially that of China and India towards the ‘last great agricultural frontier’, Africa. Africa’s problems lie in the fact that the capital being offered by interested investors cannot be absorbed by the small and fragmented groups that make up its agricultural sector. Read more here.
