Lessons learn: India’s blackout and the dependence on coal

The recent power outages in India – deemed the world’s two worst blackouts in human history have given one valuable lesson – the dependence on coal is not going to take the country anywhere. As demand rises, even the prices of coal generated electricity rises, and the fact remains that there is no immediate solution to India’s power crisis of wanting ready-made power. Read more here.
