This report by Stuart Gillespie of the   International Food Policy Research Institute gathers evidence about a new   research by Arvind Panagaria, who is of the opinion that the casually used   statement of child malnutrition being worse in India than in several   countries in sub-Saharan Africa with low per capita income, is indeed a   result of flawed methodology.
