Pakistan: Malnutrition in children

According to the world health assembly act and   Pakistan breastfeeding ordinance October 2002, breastfeeding is to be the   only way to feed an infant, yet only 50 per cent of mothers in Pakistan take   breastfeeding seriously, while only a few of them are aware of the concept   and importance of nutrition in the first 1000 days. The milk industry in the   country is dangerous in the way that it promotes the use of formula milk   early after birth. Read more here.
