About 70 per cent of electricity from solar in houses goes to waste. Now a more efficient way to generate electricity has been discovered by Professor Sergey I. Bozhevolnyi and his colleagues at the University of Southern Denmark in collaboration with researchers from Aalborg University. The new technique, which is based on nano-optics, makes it possible to use metals to convert light to electricity with very little waste. Read more here.
