Rural South Africa to have access to improved internet

Vox Telecom has rolled out the country’s first Ka-band satellite service which will be instrumental in achieving high and reliable internet speeds. Although the service is meant to provide internet back up for urban users, according to Vox Telecom, their first priority is to provide much needed primary, high-speed and reliable internet connection to rural, underserved areas.
