SKS’s shares bought by Morgan Stanley

The Asian arm of Morgan Stanley bought about 4.5 million shares of SKS Microfinance, the Indian microfinance company that threw the microfinance sector into a lurch in 2010 with the epicentre of its operations in Andhra Pradesh. These shares were bought through a bulk deal offered by the BSE or the Bombay Stock Exchange. Read more here.
