Tackling food wastage through social enterprise model

Jenny Dawson quit her lucrative fund   management job to manage the notorious condition of food wastage in the UK.   She runs a chutney and jam company called ‘Rubies in the Rubble’ which uses   produce from farmers market that would otherwise be thrown away to make her   jam and chutneys. She soon hopes to diversify to soups and is positive that   is a model that could be replicated in other countries as well. Read more here.
