Tanzania: Agricultural Bank to boost farming
Only 6 per cent of Tanzanians have access to financial loans from banks, and the agricultural sector constitutes only one per cent of these loans. To ensure that farmers are no longer excluded from financial facilities, the government has incorporated the Tanzania Agriculture Development Bank (TADB) has come out with Monetary Policy Statement (MPS) June 2012, a draft memorandum.
