Climate change is to hit Africa the hardest, according to a scientific report, and despite the recent discoveries of reserves of water under Africa’s biggest deserts, approximately 40 per cent of Africans – mostly the rural poor will still not be getting clean water to drink (lack of which kills 750,000 African children under five every year) anytime soon.
