This article by the co-founder of Paediatric Universal Life Saving Effort (PULSE) talks about how training physicians, nurses and healthcare workers in developing countries to use tools that could help decrease paediatric mortality, is a new approach to solving the old problem of infant and child deaths in the developing world. PULSE aims to create paediatric health hubs where grassroots healthcare stakeholders learn simple techniques that can make all the difference.
