Zambia: Why organic farming is an important practice for the world

This post delineates the backdraws of fertilizer and pesticide use, explaining how it has caused a steady degradation of soil, and resulted in low productivity of farms. This poses a difficult situation, especially for the smallholders of the developing world who experience a decline in produce and hence income because of this.
