Client Ambition
As a part of our client’s exit strategy from a social inclusion project delivered over a course of 5 years, they wanted to document and transfer the knowledge of six innovative practices that had emerged out of their program. This was done so that organizations from similar sector can take inspiration from and replicate the innovations.
Our Solution
We developed a good practices framework for this engagement, and launched a stakeholder consultation study to collect relevant insights.
We developed sharp research instruments to capture for each innovative practice its implementation strategy and effort, stakeholder engagements, challenges address, impact, key success factors, replicability and sustainability.
Our 2-membered research team conducted an 8-day field research across four districts in Jharkhand to collect insights, case stories, and specific data points. We interviewed project implementation partners, direct and indirect beneficiaries, CBOs, local administrative units, and Government representatives.
Results
We developed a 60-page Public Report with insights, case studies and vizualizations. For the client, this served as a knowledge dissemination tool for the innovative practices.
