India: Nagpur to get INR 30 billion for sanitation plan
The Nagpur Municipal Corporation is set to get an approval for a sanitation plan worht INR 30 billion (US$559 million). The Centre is preparing a plan, and appointing consultants to carry out this ambitious project for 18 cities, inclusive of Nagpur. Read more here.

Coca Cola and Kamen aim to clean the developing world’s drinking water through ‘Slingshot’ purifier

Rural sanitation options shortage exacerbated in Philippines
