Client Ambition
Our client wanted to evaluate the outcomes and impacts which it had created over 5 years of implementing a social inclusion program across food and nutrition security, health, rural employment and primary education in four tribal major districts in Jharkhand.
Our Solution
We developed our research approach based on the OECD DAC Criteria of Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact and Sustainability and launched a 9-day field research after thorough review of project documents.
We conducted the field research through Focus Group Discussions, In Depth Interviews, and Key Informant Interviews with 312 stakeholders including direct and indirect beneficiaries, CBOs, local administrative units, Government representatives and project implementation partners.
For developing the evaluation report, we synthesised the qualitative insights, observations and project level quantitative data. The report findings were disseminated onlne after incorporating feedback from relevant stakeholders.
Results
We conducted field research in 12 villages across 4 districts with 312 respondents and delivered a 50-page Final Evaluation Report with lessons learnt, recommendations, and case studies.
